First ever Medical Only products hit the shelves at High End Market Place

Something incredible happened this month for medical marijuana patients all across Washington state- and we are proud to be at the forefront of the current change. Together with our trusted partner Fairwinds Manufacturing, we are proud to announce the arrival of the very FIRST medical only product to hit the shelves in Washington State. These high THC (250mg total) sativa capsules are available now at HEMP to all patients who hold a valid WA State medical marijuana card. This is just first of many medical only products Fairwinds Manufacturing plans on launching, and we plan on continuing to be the patients number one choice as they release each one. Remember, if you hold a valid WA State issued medical marijuana card, you save 20% each time you shop with us. Questions about how to get your medical mj card in the state of Washington? The process if fairly simple. Check out our FAQ page here to find out what the first steps are.

HEMP Welcomes Katie D. to the Sunday Sessions Stage
Sunday January 29th // 1-4pm // FREE // 21+

We’ve been inviting our community into the HEMP house since April 2015 for our monthly cannabis culture event, Sunday Sessions. Each month, we host a free event where we feature local musicians or artists in performances ranging from live glass blowing to live painting, screen printing or even pumpkin carving. Sunday Sessions at HEMP invites us to check in with our community often, support those around us, and gather to share ideas both about the cannabis industry and life in general.

Featured this month: We welcomed Vancouver ukulele player Katie D. to the High End house to serenade us with her ukulele tunes. Katie has lived in Vancouver for almost twenty years. She comes from a family of musicians and has been singing in choirs and for her cats the majority of her life. She started playing the ukulele in 2015 and enjoys playing covers of popular songs with her own twist. Check out her YouTube channel to hear more and keep an eye out on our Youtube channel for an inside look at the event.

February 2017 Featured Artist: Grace Valentine
As most of you know, we feature local art in the front gallery space of the shop. We do this to highlight the natural convergence between cannabis and its cultural influence over the years, which we hope elevates your shopping experience with us.

Throughout the month of February, we are stoked to be showing the work of local Vancouver resident and artist, Grace Valentine. Grace is a local poet, mixed media/abstract artist, and loving Mother of two children. She is showcasing her incredibly vibrant and unique metal and ink mandalas.

Cannabis inspires artists of every caliber, and we are beyond excited to have the opportunity to showcase local work by some amazing creators in our area. If you would like to be a featured artist, or are interested in learning more about our involvement in the arts community in downtown Vancouver, WA, please email: marketing@highendmarketplace.com
